Our team are fully trained, accredited with registration and compliance requirements and have chosen to work in agency settings for positive reasons (because of its flexibility, its wider variety and its potential to grow a wider skill base and experience through that variety).

Steve Hamer – Managing Director
With a distinguished background in Senior Management within the NHS and a 35-year journey as a trained nurse, Steve Hamer brings a wealth of clinical and managerial expertise in both health and social care sectors. Steve worked across the North West in senior clinical roles for 18 years before moving to Service and then Hospital Manager roles across both health and social care sectors in the Lancashire area. He moved to the commissioning function of the NHS for the last ten years of his career working at a senior national level for NHS England as a Specialised Services Commissioning Manager.
This experience in both providing and commissioning care gives him a unique perspective on the staffing issues and requirements of the healthcare industry.
Steve’s vast experience fuels his determination to provide excellent staffing solutions to organisations seeking workforce flexibility for variation of needs or to address unforeseen absences. His compassionate approach and deep commitment to quality care inspire our team to deliver nothing short of excellence.
